<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To successfully cool, warm and insulate a beverage stored in a beverage container. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage container includes a having an upper opening for discharging the beverage and storing the beverage, and a container cap body for closing the upper opening. The beverage container includes a cold and heat agent storage part which projects from the bottom face side of the container body so as to store a cold and heat agent. The cold and heat agent storage part with its upper end closed includes a cold and heat agent storing chamber having a lower opening at its lower end making it possible to charge the chamber with the cold and heat agent from an opening of the bottom face of the container body, and a lower cap body for closing the lower opening. This constitution can be applied to a pet bottle, a glass bottle and a can. The cold and heat agent storage part is filled with, e.g. ice or hot water.
