METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING HDD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing an HDD, to surely and accurately stick the outer peripheral airtight seal of the HDD within a short time. SOLUTION: This method includes steps of: pulling an airtight outer peripheral seal by chucking its both ends; sticking the airtight outer peripheral seal to a work, and pressing the airtight outer peripheral seal to the side face of the work by a pressing rubber roller to stick it; and dechucking the airtight outer peripheral seal to alternately stick the sticking part of both ends of the airtight outer peripheral seal by the pressing rubber roller.
