PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image presentation system, for retrieving a moving image or tracking a topic of a large quantity of moving images. SOLUTION: A moving image retrieval module 14 calculates a similarity between a retrieval query feature and a moving image feature, and a moving image retrieval result presentation module 15 presents a list of moving images similar to a retrieval query as a retrieval result. A user feedback collection module 16 collects adaptive feedback information by a user, and a retrieval query addition shot selection module 17 selects a shot particularly remarkably showing the content from the moving images contained in the adaptive feedback information. A retrieval query feature update module 18 adds a feature of the selected shot to the retrieval query feature. The updated retrieval query feature is used for re-retrieval.
