PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate data inconsistency caused by switching after failure, and to restore the data so as to be synchronized among three systems. SOLUTION: Each of connection systems 2A, 2B includes steps of: comparing a first data processing state of a center system acquired from center systems 3A, 3B and a second data processing state of the connection system, and updating the second data processing state in accordance with the first data processing state; and transmitting the second data processing state after the update to a user system 1. The user system 1 performs a synchronization step for comparing the second data processing state after the update transmitted by the connection system 2A, 2B and a third data processing state of the user system 1, and synchronizing the third data processing state with the second data processing state after the update.
