INTERPOSER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interposer with high reliability to repeated inspections. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive sheet 1 in a form of the present case includes a flame board 2 of rectangular flat plate or a substrate consisting of porous resin with a number of micro-pores, a number of through holes 5 penetrating between a first surface 3 and a second surface 4 of the flame board 2 in a direction of board thickness, and a tubular electrode film 6 formed at inner wall section (surface domain) of the through holes 5 used as a conduction section. A rectangle annular stopper member 40 is prepared on a part of the domain, except the tubular electrode film 6 on the flame board 2. By using the stopper member 40 can set the amount of compression of the tubular electrode film 6 due to an inspecting member 60 so as to limit to 25% or smaller of the thickness thereof.
