PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of preventing pollution of a toilet bowl without having influence on the human body and a facility. SOLUTION: This toilet bowl pollution preventive system 1 is composed of an active oxygen generator 10 generating active oxygen water, a control device 30 controlling cleaning of a urinal 20, a water pipe 40 supplying water under predetermined pressure to the active oxygen generator 10 and the urinal 20, and a drain pipe 50 draining the water from the water pipe 40 flowed in the urinal 20, and prevents pollution of the urinal 20 by supplying the active oxygen water generated by the active oxygen generator 10 to the urinal 20.
