PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced concrete structure constructing method using a vertical member having PC steel wires inside for performing body constructing work in a short construction period while developing crack preventing effects with PC technique as designed. SOLUTION: When constructing the vertical member ranging over a plurality of floors of a reinforced concrete structure and having the vertical PC steel wires inside, the PC steel wires whose base bottom portions are embedded and fixed into concrete on a lower floor and which has a length equivalent to a plurality of floors smaller than the plurality of floors are inserted into a hollow pipe, a prefabricated columnar bar group is inserted into a hollow pipe group in the state that the hollow pipe group is erected in the vertical direction, and the reinforcement of the columnar bar group is fixed. Then, the hollow pipe is pulled off, the PC steel wires are bound and fixed onto a core bar, and concrete is placed in this state. After the concrete is consolidated, the PC steel wires are tensed.
