PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a container processing apparatus for performing a charging of a medical liquid and replacing of inert gas and the like to be used for both an ampoule 2 and vial 106. SOLUTION: A filling zone C and an inert gas replacing zone D or the like are installed in sequence on a transferring path 22 for use in transferring the containers (either an ampoule 2 or vial 106) intermittently by a transferring rake 6(6A). A fixing block 94 to which either an inert gas replacing nozzle 76 or a plug striking head 108 is selectively fixed is lifted up or descended through driving of a servo-motor 86 separate from a servo-motor 52 for use in lifting up or descending a filling nozzle 66. When the ampoule 2 is to be processed, the inert gas replacing nozzle 76 is fixed to the fixing block 94 and when the vial 106 is to be processed, a plug striking head 108 for striking a rubber plug 114 is fixed to enable it to be applied for both processing of the ampoule 2 and processing of the Bay Al 106.
