PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin coated product capable of reducing fear that an adverse effect is exerted on a coating film layer by the low molecular components or additives of a base material even during long-term use. SOLUTION: A primer layer 2, which is based on a polyole resin and uses a polyisocyanate compound having at least two isocyanate groups as a curing agent, is interposed between the base material 1 made of a polyurethane resin and the coating film layer 3 to be made flexible, three-dimensional and dense. Since the adverse effect on the coating film layer 3 due to the bleed-out of the low-molecular components low in polymerization degree or additives contained in the synthetic resin of the base material 1 can be reduced and the primer layer 2 has a structure approximate to that of the polyurethane resin, the bleeding of the additives can be prevented and the high close adhesiveness with the base material 1 can be obtained.
