PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold in which a work can be easily inserted and also high accuracy positioning can be performed. SOLUTION: The mold 100 includes a fixture retaining mold 110 for retaining an outer fixture 210 and an inner fixture 220, and a fixture pressing mold 120 moving relative to the fixture retaining mold 110. The fixture retaining mold 110 includes outside sliders SOUT1, SOUT2for pressing the outer faces of side walls WOUT1, WOUT2, and inside sliders SIN1, SIN2for pressing the inner faces of side walls WIN1, WIN2. The fixture pressing mold 120 includes outside cam drivers DOUT1, DOUT2for pressing the outer faces of the outside sliders SOUT1, SOUT2to slide the outside sliders SOUT1, SOUT2to inside, and an inside cam driver DINfor pressing the inner faces of the inside sliders SIN1, SIN2to slide the inside sliders SIN1, SIN2to outside.
