PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a transparent protective layer molded from an aqueous composition and, in particular, improving weathering resistance, adhesion, and contamination resistance. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet has the transparent protective layer formed by the aqueous composition on a base material sheet, a decorative layer and an uppermost surface. The decorative sheet is characterized in that (1) the aqueous composition has a (meta) acrylic resin part as a core, and a micell composed of core shell structure having a urethane resin part as a shell contains emulsion dispersed in an aqueous medium, (2) the urethane resin part contains the carboxyl group neutralized by a tertiary alkanolamine containing a hydroxyl group, and the urea bonding amount is 50μeg/g or less, (3) the (meta) acrylic resin part contains a copolymer of an aliphatic or alicyclic (meta) acrylic acid ester monomer with a hydroxyl group-containing (meta) acrylic monomer.
