PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting electrodeposition blade not requiring reduction of a grain size of abrasive grain, even if the blade thickness is reduced to improve cutting quality, improving the rigidity of the blade and chip discharge property. SOLUTION: The cutting electrodeposition blade 10 is formed by firmly fixing the abrasive grains 1 to an outer peripheral surface side of a substrate 2 with the electrodeposition, the substrate 2 is formed by a cemented carbide, and the longitudinal elastic modulus is 600-700 GPa. The abrasive grains 1a electrodeposited to one surface 2a side of the substrate 2 and the abrasive grains 1b electrodeposited to the other surface 2b side of the substrate 2 of the part having the abrasive grains electrodeposited, are flattened by removing the abrasive grains 1a, 1b equivalent to 50% of the average grain size by lapping so that flat surfaces 4a, 4b formed by flattening are approximately parallel to the surface 2a of the substrate 2.
