[PROBLEMS] With the purpose of providing an actinic radiation-cured product having high heat resistance and a high refractive index, the invention provides compounds which have specific structures bearing unsaturated groups; resin compositions suitable for film formation material, solder mask to be used in the production of printed (wiring and circuit) boards, plating resist, coating material, adhesive, lenses, displays, optical fiber, optical waveguide, hologram, and so on; and products of curing of the compositions. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] (Meth)acrylates, characterized by being obtained by reacting an alcohol (a) represented by the general formula (1) with a (meth)acryloyl-containing isocyanate (b): (1) wherein R<SUB>1</SUB> to R<SUB>8</SUB> may be the same or different and are each hydrogen, C<SUB>1-4</SUB> alkyl, or halogeno; Ak is linear or branched alkylene having 1 to 5 carbon atoms; and m and n represent average numbers of repeating units and they may be the same or different and are each a positive number of 1 to 20.
