A plastic card having a coating layer with cubic patterns is provided to keep high hardness and to prevent scratches on the surface by horizontally and vertically aligning cubic patterns equally and quickly hardening the cubic patterns by UV(Ultraviolet) rays. In a plastic card(10) formed by thermally laminating plural films made of synthetic resin, cubic patterns(21) are printed on the surface of the plastic card by using UV resin and aligned horizontally and vertically. And then, a coating layer(20) is formed by hardening the cubic patterns by UV rays, to protect the surface of the card. The cubic patterns are printed by UV resin by silk screen printing. The surface of the plastic card has color and the coating layer is flat, and vice versa. |
