A construction method for an echo-friendly planting-growing retaining wall is provided to protect a front surface of a filling earth by using a pocket type tension member to allow plants to grow on the surface of the filling earth. A construction method for an echo-friendly planting-growing retaining wall includes the steps of: placing a first pocket type tension member on a foundation, and fixing a reinforced earth tension member(30) to a bottom part(13) of the first pocket type tension member; attaching a plant mat and a nonwoven fabric onto a surface part(12) of the first pocket type tension member, installing a supporter(16) between the bottom part and the surface part to incline the surface part at a reference angle; pivoting out an upper part(11) of the first pocket type tension member around a hinge part to be located on the surface part; compacting a first filling layer(24) upto the height of the upper part of the first pocket type tension member; pivoting back the upper part around the hinge part to cover the first filling layer; mounting a second pocket type tension member on the first pocket type tension member, wherein the bottom part of the first pocket type tension member contacts an upper part of the second pocket type tension member; and repeating the above steps to make second and third filling layer continuously. |
