An upper body supporting device of a toilet is provided to secure a user's moving path, to prevent interference in opening and closing a door, to promote convenience in cleaning the bottom of the toilet since a pad part is kept in a wall, and to generate heat for maintaining the body heat in winter. An upper body supporting device of a toilet includes: a pad part(11) installed on a wall surface near to a stool, and having a receiver(11a) installed on an upper and center part and opened and closed by a cover, far-infrared lamps(11b) received inside transparent windows formed on both sides of the receiver and controlled by a driving part(19), and a cushion member attached to the upper surface; a horizontal shaft(13) installed on a lower side of the pad part for supporting a load by coming in contact with the wall surface in descent of the pad part; a main body(30) fixed to the wall surface; and a hinge part(15) for connecting both sides of one end of the pad part to both sides of the lower side of the main body. |
