A fomentation apparatus using microbial fermentation is provided to block harmful gas generated by an anaerobic condition maximumly by achieving even fermentation of microorganism and aerobic fermentation environment, and to promote the maximum effect using the minimum medium. A fomentation apparatus using microbial fermentation includes a cylindrical body(1) supported by both supporters(11) and rotating by a driving motor(12). The body stirs and ferments a solid medium material and a microorganism received therein. The body comprises an opening unit(2) comprising a hinge formed on one side and a cover(3) for opening and closing an upper part of the body by the hinge, and a lower body(4) formed on a lower part of the hinge. The hinge comprises a sliding guide(24) of a bar shape fixed to the body by both fixing brackets(23), and a hinge bracket(25) connected so that the sliding guide can move in a longitudinal direction. |
