<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic music piece data creation device which automatically creates a number of variable music piece data for satisfying a creation condition of the music piece data such as tempo. <P>SOLUTION: The music piece data which satisfies an indicated music piece data creation condition is automatically created by using one template data and a plurality of parts data. A template data group 1, a parts data group 2, a template list 3 and a parts list 4 are shown. A plurality of tracks are provided for the template data, and a parts group is designated for each track, and a performance period where the parts data which belongs to the designated parts group performs pattern performance, is designated. A using condition such as a category and a music tempo range is also set.
