<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VA type semi-transmissive liquid crystal display panel which prevents light leakage near a reflection part and a transmission part and has good contrast and good display quality. <P>SOLUTION: In a semi-transmissive liquid crustal display panel 10, a reflection part 15 and a transmission part 16 are formed in each of pixels arranged like a matrix, and the pixel electrode 19a of the reflection part 15 is connected to the pixel electrode 19b of the transmission part 16 by a connection part 21, and the pixel electrode 19a of the reflection part 15, the pixel electrode 19b of the transmission part 16, and a reflection plate 18 are provided on an inter-layer film throughout the display area of an array substrate. An auxiliary capacity line 23 and an auxiliary capacity electrode 24 are provided under the inter-layer film, and the auxiliary capacity line 23 extends to the side of the pixel electrode 19a of the transmission part 16 from the reflecting plate 18.
