<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and certainly stitch and contract the puncture produced in a digestive tract by easy work by needing neither an abdominal operation nor opening a hole to an abdominal wall. <P>SOLUTION: This procedure appliance for an endoscope is equipped with a sheath 3, the operation wire 4 inserted in the sheath and relatively movable axially along the sheath and the indwelling appliance 5 locked with the operation wire in a detachable manner. The indwelling instrument has at least two deformable arm parts 11 locked with the operation wire on their base end sides and a clamping instrument 12 which bundles the arm parts and are movable to the leading end sides in the length direction of the arm parts. The arm parts has the first arm part 11a inserted in the sheath on its base end side and extending to the front of the sheath at its leading end side, a second arm part 11b extending toward the base end of the first arm part from the leading end of the first arm part and the anchor part 11c provided to the leading end of the second arm part and being thrust in bio-tissue. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
