PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the resolution of an image detector laminating a charge generation layer being irradiated with an electromagnetic wave for recording to generate charges, and a detection layer including a large number of pixels each having a capacity for storing charges generated in the charge generation layer and a TFT switch for reading out the charges stored in the storage capacity, a large number of scanning lines for turning the TFT switches on/off and a large number of data lines for reading out charges stored in the storage capacities intersecting the scanning lines perpendicularly.
