PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable recording of a television program at home or the like depending on conditions of a vehicle when a driver drives the vehicle. SOLUTION: A broadcast start time of a program whose recording is accepted is compared with a scheduled arrival time to a destination. When the scheduled arrival time to the destination is later than the broadcast start time of the program whose recording is accepted, communication is performed by a mobile telephone 8 at the time before the broadcast start time of the program whose recording is accepted, which makes a recording device 11 in a designated destination set recording.
