PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polypropylene film with excellent metallization deposition property, high adhesive force between a metallized layer and an OPP and high degree of gloss of the surface, and to provide a metallized polypropylene film using this. SOLUTION: The polypropylene film for metallization comprises at least two layers of a polypropylene resin layer (A) and a copolymer resin layer (B) comprising a propylene copolymer with a melting point of 145-158°C and a melt crystallization peak temperature of 100-130°C, and an element composition ratio (O/C) of oxygen (O) and carbon (C) on the surface of the copolymer resin layer (B) is 0.2-0.4.
