PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly switch a buffer according to a parallel processing object to extract data, and supply it to a node on a pipeline processing loop. SOLUTION: An output stage of a queue 170 is combined with a node 140 of the pipeline processing loop, each queue of a queue row 132 is associated with an identifier, and a data stream is sequentially stored therein. A selection control signal circulating in association with a packet sequence in the node 140 is sequentially generated in a data stream ID prediction circuit 163, a queue of the queue row 132 is selected according to the selection control signal, the output stage of the queue is combined with the input stage of the queue 170, and regarding each queue of the queue row 132, if the vacancy exceeds a predetermined amount, an identifier associated with the queue and an interrupt request signal IRQ2 are outputted.
