PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge a drain while restraining generation of an abnormal sound. SOLUTION: This drain discharge device has a water suction part 15 composed of a water suction material, a driving means 17 transmitting driving force to the water suction part 15 so as to take at least two positions of a water suction position A of soaking the water suction part 15 in water gathered in a drain pan 12 and a drain position B above the drain pan 12, a squeezing member 19 for squeezing out the water from the water suction part 15 existing in the drain position B, and a drain member 21 for introducing the water squeezed out of the water suction part 15 by the squeezing member 19 to an external part.
