PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of linking to incoming communication by detecting an access from an opposite party requesting information exchange. SOLUTION: Using an application for generating matching keys respectively provided by sites AAA, BBB and CCC having different information exchange objects, a user on a mobile terminal 1a prepares in advance a coded matching key including dealing condition, job offer condition, desired profile, etc. Using a short distance radio communication function, the mobile terminal 1a searches for other mobile terminals retaining the matching keys of the sites AAA, BBB and CCC, at predetermined time intervals. When a mobile terminal 1b retaining the matching keys of the common sites (AAA and BBB) is found, the mobile terminal 1a performs matching using the matching keys of both sites, and when it is decided that the conditions are matched, an address for information exchange is either transmitted or requested for transmission.
