摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively shorten a time required for stabilizing an arithmetic operation in a design support device for finding the optimum form of a structure which satisfies a target performance value by a numerical calculation as regards the design support device. SOLUTION: A mesh model 30 is subjected to a shape change (for example, deformation from a shape shown in Fig.4(A) to a shape shown in Fig.4(B)) by morphing according to a deformation amount of a design variable of the mesh model 30 obtained by optimization search. In this case, an arithmetic operation result (operation results such as a flow rate) of the mesh model 30 (for example, mesh model 30 of a base) before the execution of morphing is allocated to a shape after the execution of the morphing (each unit mesh 32). A calculation solver 24 executes the arithmetic operation of a flow rate of each unit mesh 32 again in a state that each unit mesh 32 is made to have the arithmetic operation result of the mesh model 30 before the execution of the morphing with respect to the shape after the execution of the morphing.
