PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel in which lens inclination can be adjusted with higher accuracy, component shapes are simple, and assembling of the lens barrel and adjustment of lens inclination are facilitated, and to provide a camera and an information terminal device. SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes: a lens; a lens frame 71 holding the lens; a holding frame 61 for holding the lens frame 71; a drive means for moving the holding frame 61 in the direction of an optical axis; and a fixing member for holding the drive means, and is capable of moving the lens from a storing position to a photographing position. In the lens barrel, a cam member 73 is interposed between the lens frame 71 and holding frame 61. The inclination of the lens frame 71 to the holding frame 61 is changed by the movement of the cam member 73. The cam member 73 is formed in an arcuate shape, so that its one face is disposed in contact with a face vertical to the optical axis in the direction of the optical axis and its other face is made a cam face and disposed on a concentric circle with the lens frame 71.
