PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finder device and an optical device, capable of effectively preventing too excessive fatigue of user's eyes by accurately detecting the fatigue of user's eyes. SOLUTION: The finder device includes a detection means 26 for detecting the vibration of an eyepiece part 18; a cycle calculation means 58 for calculating the cycle of user's blinks from a detection signal from the detection means 26; and a signal generating means 58 for generating a warning signal, based on the cycle of the blinks calculated by the cycle calculation means 58.
