PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the invasion of rainwater and the like due to negative pressure in a deck when wing opening is started, in a wing body having the wing provided with a gasket on a peripheral edge portion thereof. SOLUTION: In the wing opening/closing control device controlling an opening/closing hydraulic cylinder of the wing, the acceleration of the opening of the wing at the position where the gasket is separated from a gate board is not more than 1.5 %/sec. when the wing closed while the gaskets G1, G2 are in close contact with each other, is opened. At that time, the inside of the deck immediately returns to atmospheric pressure, and the wing is in a very slow speed state or a stopping state during resolving of the negative pressure, so that an air flow flowing into the deck with the movement of the wing is not generated. The entry of the rainwater and the like into the wing body due to involving of the air flow is prevented thereby. The actuation of the wing is controlled by executing a duty ratio control about the energizing amount of a motor driving a hydraulic oil supplying pump of a hydraulic cylinder.
