PURPOSE:To prevent damage of physical property of polymer itself by spreading magnetic oxidized iron powder on the surface of resin which has adhesive affinity due to heating and melting and integrally heating these materials. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a synthetic resin 11 which forms a mutually affinitive film or an adhesive film on the polymer surface due to caking after melting such as polyorefin resin, ferrite powder 12 of 1/10-1/1,000 diameter of the resin 11 grain is spread and caked. Then, the resin grain which is caked with the ferrite powder on the surface is caked and integrally heated. Consequently, the ferrite powder 12 is connected continuously and a continuous magnetic pass 13 can be formed. |
