The system has an analog to digital converter (12) equipped for scanning an output band of an analog part according to a measure of a scanning frequency. The output band consists of a useful band limited by upper and lower frequencies and relative upper and lower transition bands. The scanning frequency is partially applied in relation to the useful band according to a type of lower scanning, where the useful band lies completely with a cut-off frequency in a Nyquist zone, such that the scanning and upper frequencies are in a preset relationship.
