A method for crushing foam is provided to prevent foam or a frame from being deformed in a crushing process for the foam and to shorten working time. A method for crushing foam comprises the steps of: seating foam having a frame in a lower tool(S10); pressing the foam by lifting down an upper tool corresponding to the lower tool by a driving device to open a cell of the foam so that gas in the cell is discharged(S20); lifting up the upper tool to the original position(S30); and releasing foam from the lower tool(S40). The upper tool has at least one unit tool corresponding to the upper shape of the foam. The upper and lower tools are made of elastic material. The lower tool has at least one unit tool corresponding to the lower shape of the foam. Each unit tool is prepared in the form of an airbag.
