<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a suspension containing a vascular embolus material, which is composed of a highly water absorbing resin particle, and a water-soluble contrast in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: Water or a hydrous material, obtained by dissolving monovalent or bivalent cationic salt or sugar in water, is mixed with the vascular embolus material composed of the highly water absorbing resin particle, thereby obtaining a hydrous vascular embolus material concerning a method for producing the suspension for vascular infusion containing the vascular embolus material, composed of the highly water absorbing resin particle, and the water-soluble contrast. Continuously, the water-soluble contrast is mixed with the hydrous vascular embolus material.
