<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture instrument and a puncture instrument set, which are capable of preventing a user from carelessly detaching a puncture device. <P>SOLUTION: This puncture instrument 10 is used by mounting the puncture device 2 which has a needle body with a sharp needlepoint 231 at the end, and a flange 215 provided on the outer circumferential side of the needle body 23. This puncture instrument 10 includes a housing 3 having an end 36 where the puncture device 2 is detachably mounted, and a cover member 13 installed displaceably relative to the end 36 and being displaceable between a first position for covering the flange 215 and a second position for exposing the flange 215, with the puncture device 2 mounted at the end, wherein the cover member 13 is configured to be positioned at a first position, when the puncture by the needlepoint 231 is performed, and be positioned at a second position, when the flange 215 is engaged with a detachment device for detaching the mounted puncture device 2 from the end 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
