PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage conversion device capable of detecting a DC input voltage with high efficiency. SOLUTION: The DC input voltage Vin is applied to a primary side winding 21A of a transformer 21 from a high voltage battery HB, and a voltage V2 including information on this DC input voltage Vin is induced to a secondary side winding 21C. By this method, the voltage V5 including information on the DC input voltage Vin is generated at a detection voltage output terminal T5. Moreover, the high pass filter action caused by a capacitor C3 and a resistor R3, and the low pass filter action caused by a capacitor C2 and a resistor R2 are tried to be utilized. Even when ringing occurs in the waveform of the voltage V2 induced to the secondary side winding 21C, in the voltage V5 generated at the detection voltage output terminal T5, the ringing is sufficiently suppressed as compared with conventional ones.
