PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation inspection device capable of performing more simply radiation contamination inspection of the inner surface of an object tube body. SOLUTION: This radiation inspection device is equipped with a sensor unit 18 held on a hollow position, and an insertion unit 20 separable from the sensor unit 18. The object tube body is inserted beforehand into a guide pipe 60 provided on the insertion unit 20, and inserted into the sensor unit 18 together with the guide pipe 60. The sensor unit 18 is equipped with an insertion port 26 for receiving the insertion of the object tube body and the guide pipe 60 from the lower side, and a fiber scintillator 34 which is a linear radiation sensor held by being suspended from a position just above the insertion port 26.
