PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: the working environment where a worker works with working wear put on has trouble with safety and working efficiency because no apparatus can hold tools and/or material to be used for work on the working wear without making any additional arrangement to the working wear, and thereby a worker cannot help always hold the tools to be used during working and cannot be free to use both of his (her) hands. SOLUTION: The tool and material holder using a magnetic force holds the tool and/or material to be used via magnetic force without making any additional arrangement to the working wear, and is attached to a metal plate board fixed to a belt or the like in the working wear, or a magnet-attaching portion from the outside of the working wear via the magnetic force so as to ensure the safety of the working wear, and enable necessary tool and material to be held from the outside of the working wear to make the wearer free to use his (her) both hands so as to efficiently do the work and make sure of safety.
