PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leadless gasoline composition excellent in driving property while formulating an oxygen-containing base material for reduction of a discharge amount of carbon dioxide, and further capable of sufficiently suppressing discharge of PM from a direct injection engine mounting vehicle. SOLUTION: The leadless gasoline composition satisfies the following properties: (1) density at 15°C is 0.710-0.783 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, (2) kinematic viscosity at 15°C is 0.500-0.640 mm<SP>2</SP>/s, (3) aromatic component content is 40 vol.% or less, (4) research method octane value (RON) is 89-105, (5) motor method octane value (MON) is 79-92, (6) 50 vol.% distillation temperature (T50) is 75-110°C, (7) 70°C distillation amount (E70) is 18-40 vol.%, (8) Reid vapor pressure (RVP) is 45-93 kPa, (9) olefin component content is 28 vol.% or less, (10) benzene content is 1 vol.% or less, (11) sulfur component content is 10 mass ppm or less, and (12) oxygen content is 0.15-5.50 mass%.
