PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfume-solubilized bath essence of a liquid state composition blended with a large amount of a perfume, without forming oil float by mixing with bath warm water and without damaging the volatilization original to the perfume, and an essence blended with a large amount of the perfume and having less irritating feeling caused by an alcohol. SOLUTION: This solubilized composition by highly blending the perfume is obtained by blending ethanol and a water-soluble substance having a hydroxy group (so-called a humectant) and a liquid-state oil component to a system blended with a large amount of the perfume, and also blending≥50 wt.% nonionic surfactant having≥12 HLB based on the amount of the perfume.
