PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic radial tire capable of enhancing controllability and stability while ensuring high-speed durability. SOLUTION: The pneumatic radial tire 10 comprises a pair of bead cores 14, a carcass 16, and a belt part 30 composed of an inner belt layer 20 having a fold part 20A which is formed by rubber-covering cords arrayed at the angleθ1 of 20-40°with respect to the tire circumferential direction and folded back while wrapping two other layers, an outer belt layer 22 which is across the cord of the inner belt layer 20 and formed by rubber-covering cords arrayed at the angleθ3 of 20-40°with respect to the tire circumferential direction, and an intermediate belt layer 24 which is formed by rubber-covering cords arrayed at the angleθ2 of 80-90°with respect to the tire circumferential direction, and enhances the controllability and stability while ensuring the high-speed durability.
