PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroforming mold improved in the durability of its medium flow channel and superior in cooling characteristics, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The electroforming mold 7 has an electroforming shell 1 having a molding surface 10 and formed by electroforming processing, the backing material 71 line one the electroforming shell 1 and the medium flow channel 2 formed in the electroforming shell 1 and allowing a heating medium to flow so as to adjust the temperature of the molding surface 10. The electroforming shell 1 has a molded layer 11 the surface of which becomes the molding surface 10, a temperature adjusting part 16 constituted by forming the medium flow channel 2 between first and second heat conductive layers 12 and 13 mutually comprising the same material and the reinforcing layers 14 formed on the side opposite to the molded layer 11 so as to hold the temperature adjusting part 16.
