PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discoloring decorative material which exhibits excellent decorativeness, on which pictures or characters can be drawn with water by applying the water thereon without using an exclusive writing utensil and which returns to the original condition upon drying of the water applied to allow the repeated use of the material, by providing a waterproof layer discolored with adhesion of water or the like and reversibly discolored between a coloring layer and a porous layer. SOLUTION: In the water discoloring decorative material having at least a material layer, a support layer, a coloring layer, a waterproof layer and a porous layer laminated in order, the coloring layer is concealed when the porous layer is in a dry state, while the coloring layer is colored when the porous layer is in a water absorbing state.
