PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce vibration in a product accompanying a blow. SOLUTION: A housing of a hammer drill 1 is constituted by assembling a front housing 2 for storing a tool holder 20 and a rear housing 3 for storing a motor 4 on a rear side of the front housing 2. Recessed parts 8 and 9 which become coaxial with screws 7 are formed on mutual opposed surfaces of the front housing 2 and the rear housing 3. A metal sleeve 10 is stored by striding over both the recessed parts 8 and 9. Each of the screws 7 has a structure to pass through the sleeve 10 and screw with the rear housing 3.
