PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comfortably support the whole rear surface of the lumbar section by modifying the shape of the main body of a lumbar support. SOLUTION: The body 18 of the lumbar support 12 for supporting the lumbar section of a seated person is made of a flexible material. The shape of the front surface of the body 18 is a circular curved face gently concaved rearward as seen from the top, and the shape of the vertical section of the body is circular, projecting forward with curvatures on both left and right sides larger than that at the center.
