The tank (10) has an inlet (11) and a supplying device (20) for supplying air and oxygen to a tank water. A dissipating device (30) dissipates sediments and a drain well (18) is provide in the tank. The device (20) is formed by a compressed air-lifting device (12) arranged in the tank. The lifting device conveys the tank water into or below a water surface (25) under enrichment with oxygen from an area of the tank near the base.
