<p>The present invention relates to a clamp device (1) for protecting and securing cables and lines (5) to the outer surface of a elongate member (4), where the clamp device comprise a first member in form of two end elements with complementary inner surfaces to the elongate member, connected by a rib element and at least one second member in form of a bar. When connected to each other, the said members form a closed device around said elongate member. The members are being provided with cooperating locking means for locking the clamp device with a relative movement of the members in at least a longitudinal direction.</p>
