A processing method of fish and shellfish is provided to enable a consumer to keep the fish and shellfish easily by preventing them from being decayed even in keeping for a long time, and to cook the fish and shellfish conveniently. A processing method of fish and shellfish comprises the steps of: drying the fish and shellfish in a drying machine or sunlight; inserting the dried fish and shellfish into a vinyl bag, and boiling them using an indirect heat; inserting the boiled fish and shellfish into a container by size, and sealing them; and refrigerating them. The indirect heat is any one selected from hot water, steam, and an indirect boiler. |
