摘要 A manufacturing method of 3-(hydroxyphenylphosphinyl)-propanoic glycol ester is provided to improve reactivity with polyester, improve yield and purity of compound by minimizing side reactions with unreacted hydrochloric acid, and improve quality of insulating polyester fabric by inhibiting yellowish problem. A manufacturing method of 3-(hydroxyphenylphosphinyl)-propanoic glycol ester(1) comprises the steps of: (i) condensing phenylphosphonose dichloride(2) with acrylic acid(3) at 1.05-3 atmospheric pressure and at 65-110 deg. C before adding acrylic acid and 70-100 deg. C after adding the acrylic acid to prepare 3-(chlorophenylphosphinyl)-propionyl chloride(4); (ii) hydrolyzing the 3-(chlorophenylphosphinyl)-propionyl chloride with water to prepare 3-(chlorophenylphosphinyl)-propanoic acid(5); and (iii) esterifying the 3-(chlorophenylphosphinyl)-propanoic acid with diol compound(6) in a mole ratio of 1:1 to 1:10 at 100-200 deg. C for 1-10 hours, wherein n is 2 to 20.
