PURPOSE:To prevent an outdoor pile of iron-manufacturing raw material from being scattered and generating dust by effectively using steel slag which is waste matter. CONSTITUTION:Steel slag containing 30wt% or more of CaO, especially desulfurized slag is pulverized to a particle size of 1mm. or less to be changed into impalpable powder. The pulverized steel slag is formed into slurry to be sprayed to the outdoor pile of iron-manufacturing raw material. Thus, a strong coat is formed on the surface of the piled material, thereby to prevent the pile material from being scattered and generating dust effectively. |
